Return & Refund Policy

At Being Millionaire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

01 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • The product is returned in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging are intact.
  • The product is not damaged, altered or stained.
  • The product was purchased directly from the Being Millionaire website.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

02 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during a Final Sale / No-Return Sale.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Any item showing signs of use or damage after delivery.

03 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at beingmillionaireofficiall@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your Order Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and clear photographs of the product, if required.

Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

04 Exchange

We offer exchanges subject to product availability.

If you would like to exchange your product for another size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must meet all return eligibility conditions.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution as per our policy.

05 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos/videos of the package and product so that our team can review the issue and assist you with a replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

06 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional business days to reflect in your account.

07 Return Shipping

For returns due to size preference, change of mind or other personal reasons, return shipping charges may be applicable.

For products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, Being Millionaire will assist you as per the applicable return policy.
